The project aims to redevelop and update the uncovered and covered terraces of the building by replacing the parapets and roof with new ones made of different materials. The project involves replacing the current wooden piers with iron beams, mounting horizontal wooden crossbeams with a metal mesh mounted on iron plate frames properly anchored to the beams, remaking the roof by laying a marine plywood board, and covering the roof with rheinzink plates.
