A project for a new building, especially for a public building, should be approached with the contemporary awareness that the only possible solution is to create a bioclimatic building leveraging on ancient Mediterranean traditions (natural cooling and air exchange, passive buildings, etc.) as well as on new technologies that exploit renewable energies. Minimizing energy costs while aiming for maximum comfort is the main objective of the proposed project for the new school in Albino. As we have maintained for many years, buildings should have natural air conditioning and should be able to naturally regenerate air and produce electricity for their own lighting. In fact, the lighting of the new school complex will represent an indefinite urban event, something that is in perpetual movement.
